The Annual Members' Meeting is held in Peterborough in late November. Members are notified of the meeting by posters, which are exhibited at the registered office, at Park Road in Peterborough, and principal places of business of the Society, at least 21 days prior to the date of the meeting.
The posters will include details of the Order of Business to be conducted at the meeting.
The following matters are dealt with at all Annual Members' Meetings:
- The meeting will receive and consider the Annual Report and Financial Statements as provided by the Board of Directors, the Local Co-operative Party Council and the Auditor;
- The meeting will elect the Board of Directors and any other committee, office or delegation, which is decided by the vote of the members of the Society;
- The meeting will appoint the Auditors
